We have had numerous calls from this number on our house phone, sometimes up to 5x a day. We do not answer any calls we don't know, turned this over to the FCC, have been warned, its a HUGE SCAM!! Losers who have nothing better to do than harass and annoy people who actually work for a living!! They call the house and cell at 9:00PM, disgusting. Of course , on caller ID they don't even identify themselves. We have been told to keep a tab of days, dates, times they call. This number will be turned over to the authorities.

Charity Scam.
No message left. I Called back with number blocked and it said "this number is not in servioce", so it's probably another Russian Scammer.
Did not answer, they left no message. Caller ID just says officers. Another website suggests that it's some sort of police officers Association and asking for donations & that it's a scam.
Got a call from this number, left no message. I don't know anyone in MI. I blocked them, I think it's another scammer. So sick of this.
